Booking a Training Course:

To secure a spot in a Training Course, you must complete the online booking form. An E-mail confirmation will confirm your enrollment.

Ensuring Accurate Information: It is imperative that the information you provide during registration or at any other point is accurate and complete. Should Any changes occur, kindly notify us promptly by updating your personal details. This practice ensures effective communication between us.
Registration Deadline: To enroll in any training program, the deadline is 15 days prior to the program’s start date. Any applications submitted after this date Will be declined, except for those who are accepted based on ITCParis’s terms and conditions.
Registration Suspension or Cancellation: Your registration might be suspended or cancelled instantly, either for valid reasons or due to violation of these terms and conditions.
Cancellation of Registration: Should you decide to cancel your registration, simply inform us in writing using the contact details provided at the end of these terms and conditions. Upon doing so, please discontinue using the Website. Your decision to cancel or any suspension of registration will not impact Your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy Compliance:

Using the Website also entails adhering to our Privacy Policy, which is seamlessly integrated into these terms and conditions for reference.

Prices, Fees and Payment:

All prices displayed on the ITCParis website encompass program attendance, instruction, all training and seminar materials, refreshments & coffee breaks, and a certificate upon completion of the training program. Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged at an additional cost.
The training program prices displayed on the ITCParis website do not encompass fees such as hotel accommodation, flights, travel insurance, and other related expenses.

Full payment for the Training Course is required in advance. Payment options include bank transfer or other methods as specified by ITCParis.

Cancellation after payment and Refunds:

If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the Training Course commencement, a full refund will be granted.
Cancellation within 14 days of the Training Course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
In cases of extenuating circumstances such as serious illness or family emergencies, ITCParis may assess refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to the Training Course:

ITCParis reserves the right to modify Training Course content or schedules as necessary. In the event of significant changes, timely notification will be provided.

ITCParis's Liability:

Except for cases of willful misconduct or negligence on ITCParis’s part, the company holds no liability for losses or damages incurred during the Training Course.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights to training materials and content remain with ITCParis. Participants are prohibited from commercial use, copying, or distribution of Such materials.

General:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
